North Carolina- Created by famed Moonshiner Tim Smith, this spirit is made for those with a rebellious nature. Ruby amber in appearance with aromas of caramel. Sweet corn and mild rye blend together to provide a well-rounded smoky taste and a rich finish that is earthy yet nutty.

A moonshiner from Climax, VA, Tim Smith doesn’t like being told what he can or can’t do. So when people said he’d never go legit, he did it anyways.
