The waiter stood in front of us with a handful of limes, an unlabeled bottle of tequila, and homemade triple sec.I'd had margaritas before but what he created, his take, the "Margarita Original," forever changed my understanding. Not too sweet the right amount of tart and that perfect flavor of distilled blue agave.
