This powerful red wine from France is made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Bordeaux. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and gravel. After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tank and concrete at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, La Sirène de Giscours Margaux can continue to harmonise for 12 months on fine yeast in small wood.
