Maple Old Fashioned
First, we're mixing up a Maple Old Fashioned with Irish whisky, maple syrup, and a surprising ingredient.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- ¼ oz maple simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Orange twist
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.

Irish Cream Old Fashioned
It really is your lucky day because this Irish Cream Old Fashioned is like unlike anything you've tried before.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Irish Cream Liqueur
- ½ oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Orange twist
- Garnish: Cacao powder rim (optional)
Instructions
- Wet the top edge of a double old fashioned glass and dip that rim to a small pile of cacao powder (optional).
- In a separate mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir with ice for 30 seconds.
- Strain into the cacao-rimmed double old fashioned glass with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.

Irish Coffee
It just wouldn't be St. Patrick's Day without an Irish Coffee. We guarantee this will quickly become your new go-to recipe when you need a good, stiff, warm drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- ¼ oz brown sugar syrup
- 3 oz hot coffee
- Garnish: hand-whipped cream
- Preheat an Irish Coffee glass with hot water, then discard the water. To the hot glass, combine all ingredients except for the cream.
- In a cocktail shaker, add some heavy whipping cream and shake without ice until an ideal whipped consistency is achieved.
- Layer the whipped cream over the cocktail (it should float on top of the drink).
