Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free shipping.

The legality of purchasing certain products varies by location. Orders containing prohibited items will have those items removed and refunded, while the rest of the order is processed normally. We continuously monitor legal changes, so shipping availability may change without notice.

• 🚫 We cannot ship to P.O. boxes — all products require a physical address and ID verification.

Juicefly is not liable for lost or undelivered packages — issues with undelivered packages should be handled through the third-party carrier. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Juicefly is not responsible for it.

We’ll do our best to help with shipping issues, but please report any errors within 48 hours of the last tracking update. Please enter your address carefully to avoid delays or returns — Juicefly is not responsible for costs related to address errors.

Any reshipping services are at Juicefly’s sole discretion.

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we may not refund or send free replacements. If the goods come back to us, we’ll offer a refund less the postage cost.

If a package is returned because the carrier couldn’t confirm an adult signature and ID, a $14 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Replacements are only sent after we receive and process the original package, and we are not obligated to cover the cost of resending it.

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For

• ✕A mistaken or damaged product not reported at the time of delivery

A refund is completed once the package is returned to our Juicefly location with the seller’s signature from our delivery driver.

You can cancel your order after placing it online. Depending on the order’s status, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply:

To check if your order has been dispatched, contact us at (310) 802-9687. When an order is already packed and out for delivery, the restocking fee is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded to your card the next business day.
