How do I track my order?
For Shipped Orders: You'll receive a tracking email once your order is processed. Click the link in the email or visit My Orders in your account.

For Local Delivery: You'll receive text message updates with your driver's status.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account in two ways:
  1. At Checkout: Select "Create an account" during checkout
  2. Direct Sign-Up: Visit the My Account page to register
Can I change or cancel my order?
To cancel or modify: Contact us immediately at support@juicefly.com

  • Within 15 minutes of ordering: No fee
  • Before dispatch: No fee
  • After dispatch: Up to 20% restocking fee

Note: Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot modify or reroute packages.
How do I change my shipping address?
For future orders: Log in to your account → Addresses → Add or edit your saved addresses.

For a placed order: Contact support immediately. We can only update addresses before a tracking number is generated.

We ship to most US states. However, due to state regulations, we cannot ship to:

If you don't have "Package Protection": Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for packages marked as delivered. You may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
I entered the wrong shipping address

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot reroute packages.
