How do I know if I have Package Protection?
Check your order confirmation email or receipt. If you added Package Protection at checkout, it will appear as a line item on your order. You can also check your order in your account under “My Orders.”
What if I didn’t purchase Package Protection?
Unfortunately, we can only process claims for orders that included Package Protection at checkout. Without it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim with them.
How long does the claim process take?
Most claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, replacement orders are shipped immediately, or refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I choose between a replacement or refund?
Yes! When submitting your claim, you can indicate your preference for either a replacement order or a full refund. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.
What evidence do I need for a damaged package claim?
Please provide clear photos showing the damage to both the packaging and the products inside. This helps us process your claim faster. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
