Shipping Policy
Juicefly offers vape shipping service to almost anywhere in the US. We ensure swift order processing; most orders leave our facility within 24 hours.
Orders coming in before 4 pm on business days may be processed the same day. In high demand, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be prepared.
Your vape products will be dispatched via our trusted shipping network, which is committed to promptly delivering your packages.
Upon checkout, you will receive information about the available Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times, tailored to your location and the local service provider.
A tracking email will automatically be generated as soon as your order completes processing at Juicefly.
We recommend purchasing your order in bulk for the best value and to reduce shipping expenses.
State Regulations
Orders with prohibited items will be removed and canceled from the order, subject to the entire order being canceled and refunded, while the rest of the package will be processed normally.
Shipping and Handling Timelines
Order processing takes 24 to 72 business hours before shipping. We process orders from 8:00AM PST - 4PM PST on Monday to Friday.
Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays. Orders placed on weekends and Fridays after 4 p.m. will be sent out on Mondays.
Once processed, we'll send you a tracking email to confirm your package is almost ready. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Transit Times
Western Half of the US - 1-3 business days in transit
Eastern Half of the US - 6-10 business days in transit
Note: During busy holidays or high sales periods, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. The Juicefly team is working diligently to get your packages to you as quickly as possible, and we really appreciate your patience.
Shipping Costs
After ordering, shipping costs will be calculated based on your address or your location.
Required Adult Signature
As you purchase products from Juicefly through shipping, an Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) is required upon delivery.
To get vape shipping, the person receiving it must show the delivery employee a valid government photo ID for age verification.
For P.O. boxes, we can't ship to them since all products require a physical address and ID verification.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
Juicefly is not liable for lost or undelivered packages. Customers should handle any problems with undelivered packages through the third-party carrier.
We aim to assist with shipping issues, but please report any errors within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
When packages are marked as delivered by third-party carriers, Juicefly is not responsible for them.
Please be careful when entering your address to avoid delays or returns. Juicefly is not responsible for any costs related to address errors.
Refunds
Any reshipping services are at Juicefly's sole discretion.
If a package is returned because of an undeliverable address (like an incorrect one), we may not refund or send replacements for free. If we get the goods back, we'll offer a refund, less the postal expense.
If a package is sent back because the carrier couldn't confirm an adult signature and ID, we might deduct a $14 restocking fee from your refund. We'll only send a replacement after we've received and processed the original package, and we are not obligated to cover the cost of resending it.
Refund Criteria
There are refunds given to those needing it due to unfortunate circumstances. When refunds are completed, some factors can halt the refund process, including:
- Refunds will not be given to those with an invalid ID or address upon purchase.
- If delivery is refused upon retrieval at the designated address.
- If you want a return of a product that we don't offer returns or refunds on.
- If a mistaken or damaged product isn’t caught on time of delivery.
If any of these apply, there will be no refunds given. For those wanting a refund and getting a package returned, you can contact support@juicefly.com.
A refund will be completed when the package gets returned to our Juicefly location with the seller’s signature from our delivery driver.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order after you place the order online. There are different cases you can get a full refund, or you might get charged a "Restocking Fee" up to 20% of your order.
If you cancel your order in 15 minutes after you place it online, you won't be charged a restocking fee. If you cancel the order when the order is still in our store waiting for delivery, you won't be charged a restocking fee. Please contact our store at 310-802-9687 to check if the order is out for delivery.
When the order is packed, fulfilled, and out for delivery, there will be a "Restocking Fee” of up to 20% of your order. You will be refunded the remaining amount to your card the next business day.
We do our best to deliver promptly, but there might be many reasons for late delivery, such as traffic conditions, high orders, or lack of employees or drivers.
Even though we have delivery times at checkout to help our customers know what to expect, these are NOT GUARANTEED delivery times, and delivery out of this window is not a reason for a cancellation with a full refund.
